Trains in Dallas 8-6-10

We went to the Dallas Train Museum this weekend with Grandma Colleen. Cade is showing off Big Boy's Wheels. We liked the exhibit and the tour took the kids inside the trains. Saffy was darling and Jace loved all the rocks. It was 104 F!!!

Saffy Summer - 2010

Summer has begun and Saffy is having fun on the trampoline, swing, piano, computer and swimming pool. The boys love Saffy and are very protective and watchful. Jace has a special eye for her safety. If she strays, Jace will pick her up and bring her back to the pack. She does not appreciate this. Saffy loves peek-a-boo, baby doll and anything sports. Baseball and Basketball are her favorites and will keep playing after you want to stop.

Scary Grandma and Summer Fun

Thanks Scary Grandma for coming to see us!!! Jace still asks about you and they swear they saw you at the farmers market this Saturday. I told them it was not you but someone that looked like you.

The summer has begun and we have already had some fun. We went a concert by the lake and saw a Beatles cover band. They were excellent. We also went to Steve's work picnic where we rode go carts, laser tag, minature golf and played in bounce houses. So far, the heat hasn't become too unbearable. It was hot when Grandma was here but we can still go outside and play.

I think Steve had more fun on these things than the kids. I can't believe how brave Jace is becoming. He even rode these things with Steve and they were loud and scary. School is our and I (mommy) am trying to not lose my mind. I just want them to stop waking up at 6:30 every day!

A Boy and His Lady

Jace found a lady bug in the yard. he loves lady bugs and he named her "lady". He took her on the swing with him and down the slide. She stayed on him for about a half hour. He misses her.

We have moved to Texas and we have started this so that family and friends can keep up with the goings on in the White House in Rockwall, Texas.
